In order to be awarded with a license, the participant must obtain a minimum score of 28 out of 40, or 70%. All about the Personal Licence

The Personal Licence is required in order to legally perform activities which require licensure. Licensable activities include acts involving the retail sale of intoxicating liquor (alcohol), provision of regulated entertainment, provision of late night refreshment and supply of alcohol by qualifying club premises. In order to apply for the licence, the following requirements are needed:

  • Must be 18 years of age or above;
  • Must have completed an accredit training course;
  • Have no criminal record;
  • Not have a personal licence forfeited within the last 5 years.

The personal license is valid for ten years. Renewals can be made 3 months prior to the expiry of current license.
